Job summary

IDGC in the Philippines is seeking an Activations Specialist to support the day-to-day deployment of campaigns, events, and partnership deliverables. You will coordinate logistics, timelines, and production details to ensure on-brand activations, on time and within scope.

Under the Activations Lead, you will liaise with internal teams and external vendors, track assets, and help generate post-event insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in activations, event execution, or campaign deployment.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Prior experience dealing with logistics, vendors, or event workflows.
• Ability to work well under pressure during live events and field works.
• Background or strong interest in i-gaming, sports, media, or on-ground marketing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day execution of activations connected to campaigns, events, and sponsorships
• Help serve as a point of contact between internal teams (e.g., Partnerships, Creative) and external suppliers or vendors
• Track timelines, update implementation checklists, and support operational workflows for smooth activation rollouts
• Assist in tracking and checking promotional assets (such as banners, giveaways, and signage) for quality control and timely delivery
• Help monitor ongoing activations, report execution gaps or issues to the lead, and assist with troubleshooting
• Support the rollout of agreed partnership deliverables, including on-site booth presence and ambassador activities
• Gather data and draft post-event performance summaries and insights for team review
