Responsibilities

• Coordinate activation logistics: venues, permits, vendors, promoters, talent, merchandise and giveaways.
• Prepare run-of-show documents, checklists, staffing plans and on-site briefs.
• Supervise on-site setup, run the event and manage teardown.
• Brief and supervise promoters on brand messages, sign-up flows, age-gating and responsible gaming rules.
• Run on-site sign-up and promo-code tracking; collect leads and attendance data.
• Track activation spend, collect quotes and process vendor POs and payments with Finance.
• Gather photos, video and content for Social and PR.
• Compile post-activation reports for the Activation Manager

About the Hiring Company:

The Activation Executive runs activations day to day for both brands (one premium, one mass-market): preparation, on-site running and reporting. The role makes sure every event happens on time, on brand, within budget and within the rules.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate activation logistics: venues, permits, vendors, promoters, talent, merchandise and giveaways
• Prepare run-of-show documents, checklists, staffing plans and on-site briefs
• Supervise on-site setup, run the event and manage teardown
• Brief and supervise promoters on brand messages, sign-up flows, age-gating (21+) and responsible gaming rules
• Run on-site sign-up and promo-code tracking; collect leads and attendance data
• Track activation spend, collect quotes and process vendor POs and payments with Finance
• Gather photos, video and content for Social and PR
• Compile post-activation reports for the Activation Manager

Success in the First 12 Months

• Activations run on schedule with no major on-site issues
• Complete sign-up and cost data reported for every activation
• Vendor payments processed on time

The Successful Candidate
