• Account Management: Serve as primary point person for assigned partner merchants during setup (ingress/egress) for Booth, build strong relationships, address concerns, provide timely updates and product training.
• Project Management: Develop acquisition program papers and plans with expected returns and budget; collaborate with relevant business units; monitor progress, manage risks, ensure timely deliverables within budget.
• Business Development: Identify new opportunities, merchants, or locations; assist with contract negotiations with legal; provide competitor analysis and feedback; create strategies to acquire new card applications and approvals.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor partner performance; prepare regular productivity reports; analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.

Job description

Primarily responsible for implementation and administration of acquisition projects and programs with the objective of increasing the cards in force. Helps in the development and execution of sales strategies and establishment of relationship with partners (partner merchants and third service providers).

• Account Management

A. Serves as primary point person for assigned partner merchant and locations especially during set-up (ingress/egress) for Booth

B. Builds and fosters strong partner merchant or service provider (SP) relationships with an understanding of their needs and expectations

C. Ensure partner merchant or SP satisfaction by addressing concerns, providing timely updates, giving accurate answers to inquiries and providing product awareness through product orientation and training.

2. Project Management

A. Develops acquisition program papers/memos and plans that include expected returns and budget.

B. Collaborates with relevant business units, executes tasks and provides regular updates with stakeholders and address any issues that may arise.

C. Monitors program's progress, manage risks and ensure deliverables are completed within turnaround time and budget.

3. Business Development

A. Identify new business opportunities, new merchants partnes or new locations for SGM and Booth, respectively which includes but not limited to, contract negototiations with help of the legal team.

B. Provide competitor analysis, update and feedback.

C. Create and implement strategies to acquire a new card applications and approvals.

4. Performance Tracking and Reporting

A. Monitor partner's performance

B. Prepare regular reports to track productivity

C. Analyze performance data and provide recommendations on strategies to be implemented.
