Don Tim Development Corporation (DTDC), a real estate development company with over 70 hectares of prime properties spread across four thriving residential communities—Monte Vista, Alta Monte, Montebello, and South Midland—is currently in search of an Acquisitions Assistant. This role will play a critical part in driving the company’s growth by identifying new land acquisition opportunities, analyzing market trends, and managing the technical documentation required for property acquisition and development.
Market Expansion Support: Assist in shaping business plans and strategies to enter new geographic markets or expand existing market share.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and land market shifts to identify high-potential property acquisition and other opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, engineering, and development team to ensure potential property acquisitions align with project designs and customer demand.
Land Acquisition & Due Diligence: Assist in the facilitation of the acquisition process by conducting title verification, site inspections, and due diligence for potential properties.
Technical Documentation: Work alongside the documentation specialist and assist in the documentation for property transfers, including processing Title Transfers, Tax Declarations, and other regulatory filings.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in property acquisition, real estate business development, land sourcing, or the like. Newly graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling and market research tools.
Communication: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to handle interactions with high-level executives, brokers, government agencies, and property owners.
Technical: Familiarity with MS Office Suite and/or similar applications.
