Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks an Acquiring Partnerships Senior Manager to lead and grow our acquiring and payments network relationships across the Philippines. You will apply deep card acquiring and payment scheme experience to manage strategic partnerships and operational execution.

You will own business development, contract negotiations, onboarding, performance management, and renewal, collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Operations to ensure compliant, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in financial services or payments, with 4+ years in card acquiring or scheme management.
• Experience managing relationships with Visa, Mastercard, and local acquirers.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to close multi-party deals.
• Familiarity with compliance, onboarding, and operations of payment networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage partnerships with card schemes, third-party acquirers, and financial institutions to expand payment acceptance and acquiring capabilities.
• Oversee lifecycle from business development to onboarding, performance management, and renewal.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Operations to meet regulatory and service standards.
• Launch and optimize acquiring products, merchant payment solutions, and alternative payment methods.
• Monitor partner performance and drive revenue growth and SLAs.
• Represent the organization at industry events and card scheme discussions.
• Identify opportunities for new payment corridors and cross-border acquiring.
• Maintain executive relationships with key decision-makers at banks and networks.
