Job summary

AIPI Acquire Intelligence Philippines Inc. is seeking a dedicated training professional to lead and enhance staff development across the organization. The role focuses on designing and delivering effective training programs, evaluating outcomes, and ensuring high-quality training standards in a dynamic outsourcing environment.

You will collaborate with the L&D team to implement improvements, certify coaches, and create instructional materials that strengthen employee competencies and performance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training initiatives to enhance the competencies and skills of staff and leaders in the organization.
• Facilitate classes for employee competency development.
• Review course curricula and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure training quality guidelines/processes are followed.
• Provide documentation for all classes facilitated.
• Work with the L&D Team to catalyze improvement with regard to training execution & application.
• Verify training effectiveness through floor observations; conduct supervisor audits to validate effectiveness of training and track post‑training results.
• Certify Team Leaders and Managers as Coaches and Coaching Auditors.
• Evaluate classroom feedback to find ways to improve class facilitation.
• Conduct training needs analysis, research and create new training initiatives to strengthen the skill set of Acquire Intelligence employees.
• Design and develop instructional material for training courses that support employee competency development.
• Identify training/performance gaps and devise action plans for improvement.
• Revise and improve existing training materials to keep up with the developmental needs of employees.
