Qualifications

• A graduate of any business and finance course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Background in credit/financial analysis preferred.
• Ability to speak Nihongo would be advantageous but not required.
• Knowledge of banking practices and regulatory policies.
• Ability to conduct and facilitate meetings with top management.
• Detail-oriented with initiative to develop better systems.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day transactions of clients.
• Manage documentation and compliance and ensure information is updated.
• Generate collateral business and deposits from clients and promotes other bank services.
• Solicit new, quality clients.
• Packages credit accommodations, and gathers all pertinent documents for credit accommodations.
• Monitors loan/MAT maturities.
• Monitors activity of borrowing and non-borrowing accounts.

• Can remain calm during uncomfortable interactions with a small group or when faced with stressful situations
• Hardworking, organized and results/target-oriented
• Must detail-oriented and have keen sense and initiative in developing better systems or guidelines
