Job summary

The Outforce is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Team Leader based in the Philippines. You will lead daily AR activities, coach the team, ensure billing accuracy, and support timely collections across the region.

Collaborate with the Australian AR Team Leader and internal teams, monitor KPIs, provide performance reporting, and drive process improvements while maintaining data integrity and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Accounts Receivable or similar team.
• Solid knowledge of AR processes, reconciliations and collections.
• Strong leadership, coaching and performance management.
• Excellent customer service, communication and conflict resolution.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong time management and prioritisation.
• Ability to analyse performance and drive improvements.
• Ability to collaborate across geographically dispersed teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and coordinate daily activities of the AR team in the Philippines.
• Allocate workloads and monitor team performance to meet service levels.
• Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews with team members.
• Identify training needs and onboarding for new staff.
• Foster a collaborative, customer-focused team culture.
• Escalate issues to the Finance & Administration Manager as required.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and billing information.
• Oversee payment processing, posting and reconciliation.
• Process account changes including new services and updates.
• Review and escalate billing discrepancies and system issues.
• Monitor debtor collection activities and improve collections.
• Support service restrictions or disconnections where applicable.
• Provide regular reporting on team performance and risks.
• Ensure data integrity in customer and billing systems.
• Collaborate with the Australian AR Team Leader and other internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
