Job summary

Wipro in Cebu City is seeking an Accounts Receivable Team Lead for an onsite role. You will manage the AR team, oversee billing and cash applications, and ensure timely month-end closings with proper approvals.

The position requires 5-7 years of AR experience, strong communication, advanced Excel, ERP exposure, and effective people management to develop talent and drive KPI improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• AR Team Management and day-to-day operations
• Process billing and cash applications
• Perform account reconciliations and JVs in client systems
• Review day-to-day queries and escalate as needed
• Month-end closing: review, approvals, exceptions
• Monitor SLAs, dashboards, KPIs, and reports
• Engage stakeholders and manage escalation processes
• Quality initiatives and process improvements
