• Dashboard reports review and stakeholder updates.
• Escalation handling and KPI measurement.
• Prepare business/process review decks.

• Day to day query resolution and timely process escalations

Qualifications:

• College Graduate (Business Management/Commerce Preferred)
• 5-7 Years relevant experience and overall knowledge of Account Receivable (AR)
