Job summary

Wipro Philippines Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a Team Lead for Accounts Receivable to guide a small team on transactional AR processes, invoice QA, and exception handling for customers in the Australian time zone.

You will leverage advanced Excel, ERP systems, and process-improvement initiatives to drive accuracy, timely collections, and efficiency while coordinating with cross-functional groups and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (3–5 years) and ability to handle complex invoices.
• Attention to details in QA and payments.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP exposure.
• People management experience (led a team for more than a year).
• Time management and willingness to learn and deliver.
