Job summary

Wipro is seeking a Team Lead (AR) onsite in Cebu City to oversee accounts receivable activities. The role requires senior AR experience, strong Excel skills, and leadership of a small team.

Responsibilities include ageing reports, collections collaboration with customers and sales, dashboard creation, and daily status reporting to the AR Manager. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years AR experience, ERP exposure, and a detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• College graduate with preference for Business Management/Commerce.
• 3–5 years overall AR experience.
• Strong attention to detail with invoices, QA and exceptions.
• Good time management and willingness to learn and deliver.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Exposure to AR process improvement projects.
• ERP exposure.
• Proven people leadership experience (led a team for 1+ year).

Responsibilities
