Job summary

Wipro Limited in Cebu City is seeking an Accounts Receivable Executive onsite to manage end-to-end AR processes including billing, cash applications, reconciliations, and month-end closing. The role requires a college graduate with 3–5 years AR experience and strong Excel skills.

The position is onsite at Central Bloc 2, Cebu City, with Australian time zone dayshift expectations. Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment and opportunities to contribute to process

Qualifications

• College Graduate (Business Management/Commerce Preferred).
• 3-5 Years overall relevant experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, time management.
• Advanced Excel knowledge, exposure to AR ERP systems.
• Experience in process improvement and leading a team (1+ year).

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable management and billing processing.
• Processing of Billing and Cash Applications.
• Account reconciliations and JVs in client system.
• Day-to-day query resolution and timely escalations.
• Month-end closing and SLA adherence.
• Dashboard reporting and KPI measurement.
• Handling client calls and escalation processes.
