Job summary

Bioessence in the Philippines seeks an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee daily AR operations and lead a high-performing team. The role focuses on timely collections, accurate financial records, and healthy cash flow to support financial objectives.

You will collaborate with Sales, Branch Operations, and Finance to resolve customer account issues and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable, credit and collections, or finance operations.
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to improve collection performance and cash flow.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily accounts receivable operations.
• Monitor customer accounts for timely billing and collections.
• Drive collection performance to reduce aging and improve cash flow.
• Coach and develop AR team.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls.
• Prepare AR aging and collection reports for management.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise daily accounts receivable operations.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely billing, collections, and payment application.
• Drive collection performance and achieve accounts receivable targets, including reducing aging balances and improving cash flow.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounts receivable team.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of customer accounts and prompt resolution of billing discrepancies.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports, collection reports, and other financial reports for management.
• Coordinate with Sales, Branch Operations, Finance, and other departments to resolve customer account issues.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and strengthen collection performance.
• Assist during month-end closing, audits, and financial reporting activities.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in accounts receivable, credit and collections, or finance operations, preferably in retail, hospitality, healthcare, wellness, or other service-oriented industries.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.
• Demonstrated ability to improve collection performance, manage customer accounts, and support healthy cash flow.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, billing, collections, reconciliations, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
