Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant finance or accounting field.
• 2–4 years in accounts receivable or related finance functions.
• Experience supervising collection activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all outstanding SPCI accounts across Print, Digital, and Billboard advertising.
• Follow up with customers on overdue accounts.
• Coordinate reconciliations and resolve billing disputes.
• Prepare write-offs and maintain aging schedules.
• Receive and post collections via checks, bank transfers, and other channels.
• Issue official receipts and update daily collection reports.
• Prepare and distribute daily collection orders and letters of authorization.
• Maintain filing systems for receivable documents.
• Assist in selling events and perform cashiering during events.
• Support special projects and process improvements.
