Job summary

Phoenix Publishing House, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team on a hybrid basis in Quezon City. The role targets candidates with 3-5 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree, working full-time.

You will evaluate processes to deliver value-adding AR services, monitor the timely recording of invoices and memos, and prepare AR reports for management’s decisions. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounts receivable experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• 1. Evaluates the current processes in order to deliver value-adding services relative to the scope of function of accounts receivable promoting customer’s satisfaction.


• 2. Monitors the timely recording sales invoice, debit memos, credit memos and other adjustments related to clients’ account to ensure the identification of risks and potential problems in the accounts.


• 3. Prepares and provides accurate reports and analysis of account receivables for management's decision-making and for safeguarding of the company’s sales.


• 4. Accomplishes other tasks assigned from time to time.
