Cloudstaff is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in the Philippines to manage invoicing, debt collection, and reconciliations. You will prepare statements, run debtor reports, and ensure timely remittances and accurate postings.

The role supports the wider accounts team with ad-hoc tasks and inquiries. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 2–3+ years in AR, with strong Excel and accounting software experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
2-3+ years of experience as Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures.
Experience with accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilités

Proactively manage the Accounts Receivable process including debtors, invoicing, account management, collections, and providing information to support collections.
Monitor accounts status and credit holds.
Run and review debtor reports and follow up on accounts due EOM from Workday - 7.
Collate remittances and apply all receipts.
Perform collections aligned with credit terms and reconcile accounts.
Generate account statements and post daily AR transactions.
Set up new customers and maintain master file; respond to customer queries.
Process warranties via warranty portal; provide back up for Customer Service and Sales orders.
