Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines is seeking a Trade-to-Cash Team Lead to drive T2C operations from our Taguig office. You will lead a team covering Credit & Collections, Deductions & Claims, and Cash Applications, ensuring high service levels and accurate processing of contracts and invoices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in Finance, Accounting, Credit & Collections, or Invoice-to-Cash.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Trade-to-Cash operations and achieve service levels and quality goals.
• Manage team supporting Credit & Collections, Deductions & Claims, Cash Applications, Contracts & Pricing.
• Drive collections, aged debt management, and claims resolution.
• Oversee pricing claims, deductions, and cash application activities.
• Ensure timely processing of contracts, pricing requests, invoices, and credit notes.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and SLA performance.
• Handle escalations and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Prepare operational reports and management presentations.
• Coach and develop staff and ensure compliance with policies.

Overview of the role but not limited to:

• Lead Trade-to-Cash (T2C) operations and ensure delivery of agreed service levels, quality standards, and operational objectives.
• Manage a team supporting Credit & Collections, Deductions & Claims, Cash Application, Contracts & Pricing, and other Invoice-to-Cash processes.
• Drive collections performance, aged debt management, claims resolution, and customer account management activities.
• Oversee customer pricing claims, trade spend claims, deductions management, and cash application activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer contracts, pricing requests, manual invoices, and credit notes.
• Monitor team productivity, quality, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance.
• Handle operational escalations and partner with stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies.
• Prepare operational reports, performance dashboards, and management presentations.
• Support employee development through coaching, mentoring, and performance management activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Undergraduates are welcome to apply.
• Training in process improvement, shared services operations, or finance operations is desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Credit & Collections, Deductions & Cash Application, Invoice-to-Cash, Trade-to-Cash, or related Operations environments.
• Experience leading teams and managing operational performance is preferred.
• Experience working in a process-driven operational environment.
• Experience partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in Shared Services, GBS, or Delivery Center environments is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
