Job summary

Recruitment Team - Visayas in Iloilo City seeks an Accounting graduate to support AR activities, invoicing, and daily financial tasks. The role involves preparing and checking budget requests, collecting payments, and ensuring compliance with banking and accounting procedures.

You will encode in SAP, prepare reports, manage daily sales releases, and handle document submission. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proficient in MS Office, and capable of meeting deadlines even under pressure

Qualifications

• Must be an Accounting graduate or related course.
• Preferably with Accounts Receivable experience.
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures.
• Proficient in data entry using MS Office, Gmail, GDrive, etc.
• Attention to details and accuracy.
• Excellent organizing and prioritization.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Hardworking and able to meet deadlines, including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and check budget requests.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from banks.
• Communicate and follow up with banks for status and compliance.
• Monitor AR aging and recent AR.
• Report and address document deficiencies.
• Check completeness and legitimacy of requirements prior to release.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, annual, and ad-hoc reports.
• Encode in SAP (Reservations, Full Down, LP, Dl, Insurance, Chattel Fees, Amortization and other payments).
• Prepare invoices, delivery receipts, chattel and related documents.
• Encode daily sales releases and upload to Google Drive.
• Request Insurance Coverage.
• Prepare documents for bank submission and LTO registration.
• Assist client in signing prior release.
• Travel between dealers to assist in releasing.
• Other ad-hoc duties.
