Job summary

Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. in Iloilo City, Philippines, is seeking an accounting professional to support AR and general accounting tasks. You will prepare and review budget requests, monitor AR, and ensure timely collections from banks while maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include invoicing, bank submissions, SAP encoding, and preparing periodic reports. Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are essential, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be an Accounting graduate or related course.
• Preferably with Accounts Receivable experience.
• Knowledge in general accounting procedures.
• Proficient in data entry (Microsoft Office, Gmail, GDrive, etc.).
• Attention to details and accuracy.
• Excellent in organizing and prioritization.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Hardworking, responsible and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Can work under pressure and can render overtime.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and checking budget requests.
• Ensures timely collection of payments from banks.
• Communicate and follow-up with banks for status and compliance.
• Monitor recent and aging AR.
• Report and ensure compliance of any document deficiencies.
• Check and verify completeness and legitimacy of requirements prior to release.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, annual and ad-hoc reports.
• Encode in SAP (Reservations, Full Down, LP, Dl, Insurance, Chattel Fees, Amortization and Other Related Payments).
• Prepare Invoices, Delivery Receipts, Chattel and other documents pertaining to the release.
• Encode Daily Sales Releases and upload to Google Drive.
• Request Insurance Coverage.
• Prepare documents for bank submission and LTO registration.
• Assist client in signing prior release.
• Travel from dealer-to-dealer to assist in releasing.
• Other ad-hoc duties.
