Qualifications

• 2 years of college or a degree in Commerce, Accounts, or MBA.
• 12-15 years of BPO experience with at least 10+ years in Finance and Accounts (OTC/PTP/RTR).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and end-to-end OTC/PTP/RTR processes.
• Excellent client communication and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for OTC/PTP/RTR deliverables and end-to-end cycle.
• Publish metrics and dashboards to the client.
• Manage client communications and escalations.
• Lead training and performance appraisals for executives and SMEs.
• Drive process improvements and maintain governance (SLA, policy).
• Oversee team cohesion, mentoring, and attrition management.
