Job summary

IPH Limited is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager (Night Shift) to join our Finance Team in the Philippines. You will lead the full collections cycle for a large portfolio, coordinate with clients, and resolve discrepancies to ensure timely payments.

The role requires 7–10 years in AR, a solid grasp of credit and collections practices, and strong stakeholder management skills. Night hours are from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM with a one-hour break.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or similar field.
• 7-10 years in end-to-end AR roles with collections exposure.
• Strong understanding of accounting, AR, credit, and collections best practices.
• Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full AR cycle for a large portfolio and monitor non-payment.
• Investigate credits, arrange refunds, and coordinate collections with minimal supervision.
• Communicate with clients to obtain missing payment information and respond to inquiries.
• Review account discrepancies and propose solutions to mitigate issues.

Job description

We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager (Night Shift) to join our Finance Team.

This role is ideal for a collaborative team player who is motivated by solving problems and ensuring effective follow-up and resolution of outstanding accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for the full collections cycle, including credit checks, account reconciliations, payment discrepancies and managing collections for a large assigned portfolio across the firm.

Timing: 9.00 PM - 6.00 AM (Philippines Time) with 1 hour break

What You'll Do

• Act as a resource for staff regarding client accounts by providing guidance and resolving routine issues
• Communicate with internal and external clients to obtain missing payment information
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries using sound judgement to assess urgency and determine appropriate next steps
• Investigate and resolve credits on client accounts, arranging refunds as necessary
• Monitor client accounts for non-payment, escalating issues as needed and coordinating collection efforts with minimal supervison
• Investigate account discrepancies and propose effective solutions to mitigate future issues
• Analyze and manage accounts receivable for the assigned portfolio, while maintaining accurate records
• Collaborate with management to address delinquent accounts and enhance operational efficiency
• Perform other finance/administrative tasks related to accounts receivable as assigned

What You'll Bring

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or similar fields
• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in end-to-end Accounts Receivable roles
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and complex case resolution, with strong understanding of accounting, accounts receivable, credit, and collections best practices
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset
• Prior experience with B2B collections in a global or regional environment would be a strong advantage
