The position will focus on generating accurate invoices, processing payments, monitoring overdue balances, and ensuring reconciliation of AR ledgers.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing and Billing: Generate, verify, and distribute accurate customer invoices and monthly statements on schedule.
• Payment Processing: Record and reconcile incoming payments (checks, credit cards, ACH, and wire transfers) against open invoices.
• Collections: Monitor accounts receivable aging reports, identify overdue balances, and contact clients via phone or email to collect payments or set up payment plans.
• Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, price mismatches, or payment errors.
• Reporting: Maintain AR ledgers, reconcile accounts, and generate cash collection or aging reports for management.
