Job summary

Gratitude Philippines in Cebu City seeks an AR specialist with 2+ years of AR experience and SAP ERP proficiency. A college degree and advanced Excel skills are required; applicants from any industry are welcome.

You will manage day-to-day AR operations, billing, cash allocation, reconciliations, JVs, month-end activities, SLAs, and KPI reporting, while ensuring timely issue resolution and client queries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Direct experience using SAP ERP or SAP Business One is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations.
• Process customer billing accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle cash application and ensure accurate allocation of customer payments.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare and post journal vouchers (JVs) in the client’s system.
• Resolve day-to-day queries and ensure timely escalation of process-related issues.
• Support month-end closing activities and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Prepare and maintain dashboard reports to monitor process performance.
• Handle client calls and address inquiries professionally.
• Manage the escalation process and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor, measure, and report KPIs.
• Participate in quality initiatives and continuous process improvement activities.
