Job summary

ISTEEL INC. is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional in Pasig, Philippines to monitor client collections and AR, coordinate billing, and prepare collection forecasts. The role involves maintaining communication with clients on schedules and balances, and ensuring completeness of billing documents.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of AR experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office and Excel. Construction industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related course.
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collection, or related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up client collections and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing requirements and progress billings.
• Prepare and monitor billing submissions and collection status.
• Maintain communication with clients regarding payment schedules and outstanding balances.
• Prepare weekly collection forecasts and monthly collection projections.
• Submit collection status reports to Management.
• Coordinate payment pick-ups, bank transfers, and payment verification.
• Ensure complete billing documents before submission.
