Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in accounts receivable and/or credit and collections.
• Strong English communication suitable for direct customer contact.
• Experience with Xero accounting software preferred.
• Familiar with Zoho CRM and reconciling records.

Responsabilités

• Handle aged-debt queue and contact students to collect overdue fees.
• Set up payment plans, process invoices, and reconcile payments.
• Log all interactions and maintain accurate AR ledger.
• Prepare weekly AR/collections status reports.
• Ensure compliance with ACCC/ASIC debt collection guidelines.
• Support month-end close and data integrity between accounting system and CRM.
