Job summary
Workato Philippines, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts and Billing Specialist to support global AR operations and revenue processes. You will report to the Accounts & Billing Manager based in the Philippines and work with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams.
The role emphasizes timely invoicing, order review, and renewals, with exposure to NetSuite/Coupa and AI-enabled finance workflows. A strong Excel/GS background and 3+ years in AR are required.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable operations.
- Strong understanding of AR, O2C, and month-end close.
- Advanced Excel and Google Workspace proficiency.
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Coupa.
- Background in SaaS or iPaaS is a plus; adaptable to AI-enabled finance.
Responsibilities
- Respond to Accounts and Billing tickets and inquiries.
- Manage provisioning, upgrades, and coordination with Sales/Implementation.
- Process churn, close deals, and review order forms.
- Invoicing, tax processing, and monthly/quarter-end closings.
- Renewals, report generation, and collections across regions.
- Handle multiple payment methods and vendor forms.
- Maintain accounting systems and finance documentation.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success for process improvements.
