Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an Accounts Receivable Associate (Billing) to manage end-to-end invoicing and data accuracy within our billing and ERP systems. You will collaborate with the finance team and support month-end close while maintaining master data and resolving discrepancies with clients and internal teams.

The role requires a finance or accounting degree, AR/billing experience, and strong attention to detail with good communication skills. Hybrid setup in Quezon City with day shift.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with ERP and billing software applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly customer invoices and review cost sheets for accuracy.
• Encode and update data in billing applications and ERP.
• Support month-end closing with finance team.
• Generate AR and accounting reports as directed.
• Maintain master data: customer profiles, project details, pricing.
• Resolve discrepancies with client experience teams and stakeholders.
• Assist ERP project implementation and ongoing improvements.

Your Role

As an Accounts Receivable Associate (Billings), you will:

• Manage the end-to-end billing process by preparing monthly customer invoices and reviewing operational cost sheets for accuracy.
• Maintain the integrity of financial data by encoding and updating information within the billing application and ERP system.
• Collaborate with the finance team to provide critical support during month-end closing procedures.
• Generate comprehensive accounts receivable and accounting reports as directed by management.
• Coordinate the maintenance of master data, including customer profiles, project details, and pricing structures.
• Resolve financial discrepancies through proactive communication with client experience teams, external clients, and other stakeholders.
• Support the successful implementation and continuous improvement of the ERP Project.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or general accounting functions.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and billing software applications.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and meeting strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder and client coordination.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Previous experience supporting ERP system implementations or migrations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Experience in a BPO or managed services environment.
