Mckupler Inc. in Davao City is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our accounting team. You will manage customer accounts, process invoices, and ensure timely collection to support cash flow and reporting.

The role requires strong Excel, accounting software skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a small to mid-sized business environment; CPA preferred. You will collaborate with finance and support month-end closings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or bookkeeping in SMBs.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, invoicing, and payment reconciliation.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the finance team.
• Problem-solving mindset for billing issues.
• CPA or equivalent accounting certification preferred.
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, or professional services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process and record customer invoices and payments with accuracy.
• Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up promptly.
• Prepare and distribute monthly account statements and respond to inquiries.
• Reconcile AR sub-ledgers with general ledger accounts.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment exceptions.
• Maintain organized records of customer accounts, terms, and correspondence.
• Assist with credit assessments and credit limit reviews.
• Support aged receivables reports and provide analysis to management.
• Communicate payment status professionally with customers.
• Assist with month-end and year-end AR close processes.
