Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage invoicing, collections, and payment application while ensuring accurate customer accounts. The role supports month-end close, reporting, and compliance within a dynamic finance team.

Responsibilities include monitoring AR aging, processing payments, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining data quality. Onsite work four days a week in Ortigas Center, Pasig City, with a US night shift alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1+ year of AR, Billing, Collections, or Order-to-Cash experience.
• Experience with high-volume invoicing and collections processes.
• Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable aging and maintain accurate customer balances.
• Perform collections on outstanding invoices and follow up on payment status.
• Apply customer payments accurately against open invoices.
• Investigate unapplied cash, payment discrepancies, and account exceptions.
• Review and process credits, refunds, write-offs, and adjustments per policy.
• Support AR aging schedules, reserve calculations, and DSOs.
