Job summary

AFRY is seeking a finance professional in Manila to perform transactional activities within P2P, with potential growth into O2C based on role and business needs. You will support vendors, reconciliations, and related finance tasks in a collaborative team environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of accounting/finance exposure, strong ERP and MS Office skills, and a learning mindset focused on accuracy, accountability, and client service excellence. This role is permanent in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• University studies in accounting or finance preferred.
• 2–4 years finance experience desirable, entry-level considered.
• Understanding of transactional finance processes and regulations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily activities within the P2P process, with potential move to O2C over time.
• Assist opportunities for process improvements and implement efficiencies.
• Collaborate with team to ensure accurate and timely processes.
• Ensure activities comply with SLAs and KPIs.

Job Description

Overall Description: Performs transactional finance activities in line with established procedures and templates

Success Criteria:

• Previous experience and understanding of transactional finance activities.
• Collaborative and analytical with learning-oriented mindset.

Reports to:Manager Process Global Hub

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily activities within the P2P process, with possibility to move into O2C activities, depending on role assignment and business needs over time. Examples of activities include coding and posting vendor invoices, managing AP inquires, creating self-billing invoices, reconciliations, etc.
• Assist in opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing efficiencies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely processes.
• Ensure daily activities are executed in compliance with agreed Service Levels and KPIs.
• Actively share knowledge with colleagues, seek and apply feedback, and continuously develop skills through collaboration.

Qualifications

Experience & Skills:

• 3-5 years of university studies in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of finance work experience desirable, but entry-level candidates are also considered.
• Understanding of transactional finance processes and regulations.
• Proficiency and strong knowledge in accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong soft skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Has a collaborative and learning-oriented mindset while continuously demonstrating interest and care for people.
• Results driven and client centric with sense of accountability, shown through ambition, attention to detail and desire to actively contribute to business results.
