Job summary

Ben Edictio Search in Metro Manila is seeking an Accounts Payable and Expense Lead to manage AP workflows across a multi-entity environment. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least eight years of relevant experience.

You must be fluent in English, capable of leading a team, and willing to work on-site in Pasay with a night shift (8 PM–5 AM). The position is hybrid with 2–4 days on-site per month, and starts ASAP.

Specific Job title/Position: Accounts Payable and Expense Lead

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any related field
• Willing to work ON-SITE in Pasay: Hybrid (2x - 4x a month RTO)
• Amenable to work on a Night Shift - (8PM-5AM)
• At least 8+ years of experience in Accounts Payable / General Accounting, with a focus on AP workflow management in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong understanding and experience of private equity fund structures, management companies, SPVs, and fund expense allocation.
• Minimum 1 Year of Leadership Experience.
• Excellent English, oral and written, communication skills
