Job summary

Jardine Service Centre Philippines seeks an experienced Finance Team Lead - Accounts Payable to oversee vendor invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations, leading a team of AP specialists. You will ensure timely, accurate processing in line with internal controls, and collaborate with procurement, treasury, and business units to resolve issues.

A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance and 5-7 years in AP with at least 2 years in supervision are required; CPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required.
• 5-7 years AP experience with 2+ years in a team lead role.
• Strong P2P, controls, and SOX awareness.
• ERP proficiency in SAP/Oracle/NetSuite and advanced Excel.
• Experience in a shared services or multinational setup is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP team to ensure timely invoice processing and payments.
• Oversee invoice validation, matching (PO/invoice/receipt), and posting.
• Manage weekly and monthly payment runs (wires, checks, EFTs).
• Review AP aging and prompt resolution of balances.
• Support month-end close and AP-related reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audits.
• Identify process improvements and drive automation initiatives.
