Job summary

South Meats seeks an Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee the AP operations in Imus, Cavite. You will supervise staff, manage workflows, and ensure accurate and timely payments while maintaining strong internal controls.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, with 5+ years in AP, proficiency in accounting software and MS Office. CPA is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of accounts payable experience preferred.
• Proven experience supervising staff and managing processes.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the accounts payable section, including supervising staff, managing workflows, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of AP.
• Monitor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
• Prepare monthly and annual reports for management.
