We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist – SAP B1 responsible for processing supplier invoices, monitoring payables, and maintaining accurate AP records using SAP Business One.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and record Accounts Payable transactions in SAP Business One
• Encode and verify A/P Invoices, payments, credit memos, and related entries
• Match supplier invoices with Purchase Orders, GRPOs, receiving reports, and other supporting documents
• Monitor outstanding supplier balances and payment schedules
• Prepare payment requests and supporting schedules
• Perform supplier account reconciliations
• Review transactions for duplicate, incorrect, or unsupported entries
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and other departments regarding discrepancies
• Maintain complete and organized AP documents and records
• Assist with month-end closing and accounts payable reporting
• Provide documents and schedules required for internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and internal controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, Finance, or related course
• Experience in Accounts Payable is preferred
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP Business One is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POs, GRPOs, supplier invoices, and payment processing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Organized and capable of handling high-volume transactions
