Job summary

Pinnacle Intelligence Philippines Inc. is seeking an AP Processor to manage high-volume accounts payable transactions, reporting to the Operations Manager.

The role requires meticulous recordkeeping to ensure timely vendor payments and financial accuracy in daily operations. The AP Processor will handle invoice processing, payment runs, vendor communications, expense handling, and month-end close activities, while adhering to internal controls and local regulations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Accounts Payable or data processing, preferably in BPO/shared services.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Financial Management or related field preferred.
• Solid ERP experience and strong Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices with three-way matching (invoice, PO, receipt).
• Prepare and run payments (checks, wires, ACH) with proper documentation.
• Maintain vendor files and respond to inquiries; resolve invoice/payment discrepancies.
• Process employee expense reports per policy; assist with month-end close and reconciliations.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to improve accuracy and efficiency.
