Job summary

Hubexo is establishing its first Finance Shared Services Centre in Manila. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will support day-to-day AP operations, ensuring accurate transaction processing and timely payments while collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

This pioneer role offers exposure to international finance operations and growth as the SSC expands, with a focus on process improvement and adherence to controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance operations role.
• Basic understanding of AP controls, payment cycles, and invoice processing.

Responsibilities

• Execute transactional AP activities accurately and on time.
• Process invoices and payments in line with standard processes and agreed timelines.
• Support travel & expense processing and employee query resolution.
• Assist with purchase order support activities as required.
• Maintain accurate records and follow SOPs and controls.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve routine queries.
