Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a finance professional to optimize knowledge-based accounts payable across Asia Pacific. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to standardize and automate P2P processes, driving improvements in financial performance.

The role requires 2–4 years in end-to-end P2P with strong analytical and communication skills, fluent English, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• End-to-end purchase to pay responsibilities for multiple countries (2–4 years).
• Overall finance experience 2–4 years.
• Project management experience 2–3 years.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee knowledge-based accounts payable activities across Asia Pacific, ensuring accuracy in the purchase-to-pay process.
• Prepare vendor account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Handle first-level escalations and timely resolutions with stakeholders.
• Ensure employee expense claims are accurate and compliant with policies.
• Support bi-monthly aging and debit balance clean-up and vendor database updates.
• Participate in standardizing AP processes across AP regions with automation and AI.
