Qualifications

• Well-versed with accounting processes and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills for reporting and analysis.
• Experience in reviewing financial reports and reconciling accounts.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable processing.
• Intercompany balances (ICB) monitoring.
• Collating hard copies of AP package for filing.
• Reconciling accounts with suppliers.
• Accruals, reversals, and other monthly adjustments.
• Reporting to regulatory agencies such as Central Bank of the Philippines and Philippine Statistics Office.
