The Opportunity As the Finance Assistant – Accounts Payable, the Finance Assistant - Accounts Payable is primarily tasked for the following:

• Accounts payable processing
• Intercompany balances (ICB) monitoring
• Collating hard copies of AP package for filing
• Reconciling accounts with suppliers
• Accruals, reversals, and other monthly adjustments
• Reporting to regulatory agencies such as Central Bank of the Philippines and Philippine Statistics Office

The Finance Assistant - Accounts Payable will also be assigned with ad hoc tasks, and other relevant internal and external reporting necessary for the performance of the job.

Requirements

• Well versed with the BPCS system or other accounting systems
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Has experience in the review of financial reporting
• Assigned in majority of the job specifications above
• At least 3 years work experience
• Expertise in preparing and analyzing various reports
• Keen to details, able to work in a team environment, good organizational skills, and has a multi-tasking ability
• Strong communication skills
• Project management skills
• Commitment to meet deadlines and accept additional responsibilities based on the exigencies of the job
• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate and other related courses
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus/advantage
