• Process incoming invoices (PO and non-PO) accurately and timely.

• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve inquiries.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with Accounts Payable month-end close.
• Support vendor master data maintenance and data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regional practices.
• Provide records for internal/external audits.
