Job summary

Booth in Makati, Philippines seeks an experienced Accounts Payable professional. You will manage the AP mailbox, process invoices using FIFO, perform 3-way matching, and verify OCR-reconciled invoices with approvals.

You will reconcile statements, respond to vendor inquiries within 24 hours, and support audits and month-end close. The ideal candidate has an accounting-related degree, at least 3 years in AP, strong Excel skills, and experience with Tipalti or NetSuite.

Qualifications

• An accounting-related university degree or college diploma.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable.
• Proficiency in accounting software and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Accounts Payable mailbox daily and prioritize tasks.
• Adhere to SOPs and SLAs for AP processing.
• Perform accurate three-way matching (3WM).
• Process invoices using FIFO (First In, First Out).
• Validate invoices after OCR and obtain necessary approvals.
• Conduct monthly vendor reconciliations and respond to inquiries within SLA.
• Prepare KPI reports and assist with month-end tasks.
• Provide backup for the Accounts Payable Team Lead and assist audits.
