Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of end-to-end AP experience with invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Strong grasp of accounting concepts and GRIR/vendor reconciliations.
• Proficient in SAP or other ERP systems (Oracle, Ariba).

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day AP activities: posting invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and reporting standards.
• Prepare AP reports and reconciliations on time.
• Respond to inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
• Monitor supplier accounts for timely payments.
• Support month-end closing and audits.
