Job summary

TOA Global Pty is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our on-site night-shift team in the Philippines. You will manage the full invoice lifecycle, from inbound workflows to 3-way match reconciliations, with GL coding under US GAAP and tax classifications.

The role requires 3+ years in high-volume AP, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Business, and strong Excel skills (Oracle ERP a plus). You will collaborate with a finance operations team across Clark, Cebu, Manila, or Tarlac.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in high-volume accounts payable operations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Oracle experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-driven, energetic Accounts Payable Specialist to join a fast-paced, high-volume AP organization supporting North American operations. Operating onsite during night-shift hours, you will manage the full invoice lifecycle from inbound workflow monitoring and GL coding to 3-way match reconciliations, tax classifications, and supplier query resolution.

Your Impact

Inbound Workflow & Invoice Processing:

Monitor inbound invoice workflows to ensure timely and accurate data entry, proper general ledger (GL) coding under US GAAP, and appropriate routing through approval hierarchies.

Tax Classification & Compliance:

Assign sales and use tax classifications in alignment with statutory guidelines, collaborating closely with the tax department to resolve assessment matters.

Reconciliation & Discrepancy Resolution:

Investigate and resolve 3-way matching discrepancies, reconcile supplier statements, and handle vendor escalations with high professionalism.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement:

Maintain structured digital record retention in enterprise-class financial systems, develop desktop procedures, and support ad hoc reporting and process improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

The Experience:

3+ years of proven, hands-on experience in high-volume Accounts Payable operations.

Education & Credentials:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

Technical Mastery:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working within enterprise-class financial systems (Oracle experience is a distinct advantage).

Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills; exceptional attention to detail and accuracy; and clear, professional English verbal and written communication abilities.
