Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy or financial management.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance, hotel/hospitality preferred.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheet tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to relocate to Subic, Zambales.

Responsibilities

• Verify and record purchase orders, delivery receipts, and supplier invoices.
• Prepare and process payment vouchers for supplier transactions.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Monitor accounts payable related to purchasing activities.
• Maintain organized files of purchase and payment documents.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and suppliers on invoice/payments.
