Job summary

Accor Group of Hotels Philippines is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to manage invoice validation, payments, and tax documentation while upholding hotel financial controls in a fast-paced Makati environment.

You will coordinate with suppliers, support month-end close, and assist audits, leveraging your accounting knowledge and strong communication to ensure accuracy and timely settlements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• At least 1 year of accounting experience; hospitality is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Processing accounts payable accurately, including invoice validation, payment execution, tax documentation, and supplier coordination.
• Maintaining financial integrity, confidentiality, compliance, and audit readiness through strict controls and documentation.
• Providing responsive service to suppliers and stakeholders.
• Supporting month-end closing, audits, and other Finance operations.
