Job summary

The HIRD- Philippines is seeking an Accounts Payable Lead to join our Cebu City team. You will lead AP operations, mentor a small team, and drive process improvements with a focus on accuracy and timely payments.

You should have extensive experience in Accounts Payable, Vendor Master Data Management, and managing offshore or distributed teams within a BPO/shared services setting, and a proven ability to collaborate with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable operations.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of people management experience.
• Strong experience in Vendor Master Data Management (VMD).
• Prior experience in a BPO / Shared Services / Global Business Services environment.
• Experience managing offshore, remote, or geographically distributed teams.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with customers and client stakeholders.
• Experience managing operational transitions, service stabilization, or process transformation initiatives is preferred
