1. Accurate and timely recording of AP entries, accruals and charging of expenses.
2. Ensures correct recording of accounts, locations, cost centers and related taxes.
3. Cross-matching of supporting documents for AP processing.
4. Coordinates with Procurement and other concerned departments for proper recording of AP.
5. On-time endorsement of weekly payables for checking.
