Job summary

Merck Group is seeking a detailed Accounts Payable professional to join our shared services environment. The role covers end-to-end AP processing, reporting, issue resolution, and support for internal/external audits within a multinational setting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, at least 4 years of AP experience, and strong English communication, with proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of end-to-end Accounts Payable experience.
• Fluency in English, strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end AP activities including posting, payments, and reconciliations.
• Prepare AP reports and support month-end closing.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Assist audits and process improvements.
• Monitor supplier accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Support audits and ad hoc projects.
