Job summary

We Connect Hr Solutions Opc in the Philippines is seeking an accounting professional to support SAP-based AR/AP processes and financial reporting.

The role is onsite at Cebu Business Park, with Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and a hybrid setup may follow after regularization.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while maintaining accuracy in accounting tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles.
• 1–2 years accounting experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated.
• Onsite role at Cebu Business Park; Mon-Fri, 8:30–6:00.

Responsibilities

• SAP & Financial Support: Assist with AR, AP, and financial reporting using SAP.
• Troubleshooting: Address entry-level software issues and escalate complex problems.
• System Optimization: Log software bugs, evaluate performance, suggest improvements.
• Process Tracking: Document standard procedures and monitor KPIs.
• Software Management: Oversee installation, setup, and maintenance of accounting apps.
• Cross-Functional Support: Primary contact for technical assistance for clients and internal staff.
